摘要 地下电缆电流大于载流量导致温度过高,容易引发故障,但受空间限制,难以监测。首先分析了电缆环境温度和载流量之间的关系,给出了动态载流量计算式,基于LoRa无线传输技术小尺寸、低功耗、低成本、远距离的优点,开发了基于STM32和LoRa的无线监测系统,给出了电缆在线监测系统原理和基于LoRa技术的链式监测系统拓扑结构。该系统可实时采集地下电缆温度与电流,地上监控中心实时显示监测数据和动态计算载流量,具有过载报警功能。实验结果表明,该系统实时性强、运行稳定、功耗低,具有一定的应用价值。 The temperature of underground cable is too high due to the current greater than the carrying capacity,which is easy to cause faults,but space constraints make it difficult to monitor.Firstly,the relation between cable ambient temperature and load flow is analyzed,and the formula of dynamic load flow meter is given.Based on the advantages of LoRa wireless transmission technology such as small size,low power consumption,low cost and long distance,a wireless monitoring system based on STM32 and LoRa is developed.The cable on-line monitoring system and the chain monitoring system topology based on LoRa technology are presented.The system can collect the temperature and current of underground cable in real time,and the monitoring center can display the monitoring data in real time and calculate the load flow dynamically with overload alarm function.The experiment results show that the system has strong real-time performance,stable operation and low power consumption,so it has certain application value.
