社会工作机构嵌入式发展的个案研究——以W社会工作服务中心嵌入儿童福利院为例

Case Study on Embedded Development of Social Work Institutions——Case of W Social Work Service Centre Embedded in Child Welfare Home

嵌入式发展是社会工作本土化过程中采用的重要发展方式。文章依据嵌入理论,以W社会工作服务中心嵌入当地儿童福利院为个案开展研究,运用参与式观察法以及半结构式访谈法收集资料,阐述W社会工作服务中心嵌入当地儿童福利院发展概况,探寻社会工作机构嵌入发展中对嵌入主体、服务对象和嵌入对象所产生的优势,同时关注社会工作机构嵌入发展中嵌入主体存在的困境。基于现有发展情况下提出主动推动岗位购买、不间断学习、借力发展、明确归属,寻求新的支持点以及从普惠式变成专项式服务的对策,在逐步发展中与当地儿童福利院形成良好互动关系,形成相互助推的形态,为同为"嵌入式"发展的社会工作机构提供一定的借鉴。

Embedded development is an important development method in the process of localization of social work.On the basis of embedding theory,this paper studies W social work service centers embedded in local children’s welfare institutions,uses participatory observation method and semi-structured interview method to collect data,expounds the development situation of W social work service centers embedded in local children’s welfare institutions,explores the advantages of social work institutions embedded in and developing to embedded subjects,service objects and embedded objects,and pays attention to the dilemma of embedded subjects while social work institutions embedded in and developing.Based on the existing development situation,this paper proposes to actively promote post purchase,learn continuous,develop by force,and Clear attribution.In the course of its gradual development,it has formed a good interaction with the local children’s welfare home,formed the form of mutual help,and provided some reference for the social work organization of"embedded"development experience.
