青海省海东市乐都区赵家寺村医疗救助现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Medical Aid in Zhaojiasi Village,Ledu District,Haidong City,Qinghai Province

文章聚焦青海省海东市乐都区赵家寺村,采用文献资料法及访谈调查法对该村的医疗救助实施现状进行了调查研究。就医疗救助政策、医疗救助类型及医疗救助资金保障三个方面,分析赵家寺村医疗救助实施中存在的问题。针对存在的医疗救助政策制定不完善、医疗救助政策知晓度低、大病救助定点医院救治压力大等问题,提出政府应制定科学完备的政策、加大医疗救助政策的宣传力度、减轻大病救助定点医院救治压力。

By focusing on Zhaojiasi Village,Ledu District,Haidong City,this paper investigates the present situation of medical aid implementation in this village by means of literature and interview.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of medical assistance in Zhaojiashi village through three aspects:medical assistance policy,type of medical assistance and fund guarantee.In view of the specific problems of imperfect formulation of medical assistance policy,low awareness of medical assistance policy and great pressure of treatment in designated hospitals for serious illness relief,it is necessary for the government to formulate scientific and complete policies,increase the publicity of medical assistance policy,and reduce the pressure of treatment in designated hospitals for serious illness relief.
