响应面法优化山楂多糖的闪式提取工艺 被引量:13

Optimization of Extraction Process of Hawthorn Polysaccharide by the Method of Flash Extraction and Response Surface

摘要 为确定山楂多糖闪提的最佳提取工艺,采用水提醇沉法对山楂多糖进行闪式提取,以葡萄糖为标准样品,对提取山楂果肉的液料比、提取电压、提取时间进行单因素试验,最后,以多糖提取率为量化指标确定出多糖的最优提取工艺。结果显示,山楂多糖的最佳工艺为:液料比为42︰1(mL/g)、提取时间为86 s、提取电压为105 V。在此条件下,山楂多糖的得率为6.63%。闪式提取法是一种非常省时的提取方法,并可利用响应面分析软件优化其最佳提取条件,为山楂资源的工业化和产业化提供了科学参考。 In order to determine the optimum extraction conditions of hawthorn polysaccharides,the extraction of hawthorn polysaccharide by water extraction-alcohol precipitation method,and with glucose as the standard sample,the ratio of liquidmaterial,extraction voltage and extraction time of hawthorn pulp were tested by single factor,and the optimum extraction process of polysaccharide was finally determined with the yield of polysaccharide as the index.The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of Hawthorn polysaccharide were liquid-material ratio 42︰1(mL/g),extraction time 86 s and extraction voltage 105 V.Under these conditions,the yield of hawthorn polysaccharide was 6.63%.The flash extraction method was an efficient and rapid extraction method,and it could optimize the extraction conditions with the response surface,which provided a scientific reference for the further exploitation of hawthorn resources.
