摘要
以荔枝核为原料,采用磷酸活化法制备活性炭,考察磷酸浓度、活化时间、炭化活化温度、固液比对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能的影响。结果表明,磷酸活化法制备荔枝核活性炭的最佳工艺条件为:磷酸浓度60%、炭化活化时间3 h、炭化活化温度500℃、固液比1︰3(g/mL)。在此条件下,吸附率为99.72%,吸附量为104.7 mg/g,具有较好的吸附效果。
Activated carbon was prepared from Litchi kernel by H3 PO4 activation.The effects of phosphoric acid concentration,solid-liquid ratio,activation time and activation temperature on methylene blue adsorbent value were investigated.The experimental results showed that the optimum condition was as follows:phosphoric acid concentration 60%,carbonization activation time 3 h,carbonization activation temperature 500℃and solid-liquid ratio 1︰3(g/mL).Under this condition,adsorption rate was 99.72%,and adsorption value was 104.7 mg/g and it had better adsorption effect.
