茶皂素是一大类天然存在的三萜或类固醇糖苷,广泛存在于山茶属植物中。作为一种天然的非离子表面活性剂,被广泛应用于食品、纺织、农业、医学、建材等领域。茶皂素的定量分析是保障质量、扩大应用的重要因素,但由于茶皂素结构的复杂性、相似性以及设备和方法的制约,使得检测工作很难进行,综述了近年来在茶皂素定量检测方面开展的工作,为茶皂素定量检测方法开发提供参考。

Tea saponin is a large class of naturally occurring triterpenoid or steroid glycosides widely found in Camellia plants.As a natural nonionic surfactant,it is widely used in food,textiles,agriculture,medicine,building materials and other fields.Quantitative analysis of tea saponin is an important factor to ensure quality and expand application.However,due to the complexity and similarity of tea saponin structure,the detection work is difficult to carry out.This paper reviews the research progress of quantitative of tea saponin in recent years,which provides a reference for the development of quantitative determination methods for tea saponin.
