摘要 通过对天地融合的应用场景和技术需求的分析,提出面向B5G/6G的弹性可重构天地融合网络架构,实现网络功能的按需重构,保证网络按需确定性服务能力。基于所提的网络架构给出天地融合的统一空中接口传输体制,实现天地融合网络的高效传输,提出天地融合网络的移动性管理机制,提升网络组织与资源管理效能。 The fl exible and reconfi gurable network architecture for the integrated satellite and terrestrial mobile communication system was proposed based on analyzed the scenarios and requirements.And the integrated satellite and terrestrial mobile communication system could realized the reconstruction of network functions and ensured the deterministic service capability of the network.A unifi ed transmission mechanism and the mobility management mechanism for the integrated satellite and terrestrial mobile communication system was proposed to realized efficient transmission and improved network resource management effi ciency.
