摘要
实践教学是培养学生综合素质和实践能力的重要环节,校企合作是实践教学的重要载体和实现途径。兰州财经大学长青学院财政学专业在校企合作、协同育人方面经过多年探索和实践取得了突出成绩,但是随着经济的发展和人才需求多元化特征的显现,校企合作、协同育人的不足逐渐暴露出来,限制了应用型人才培养目标实现和作用发挥。以长青学院为例,分析财政学专业在校企合作方面存在的问题,为深化实践教学改革拓宽思路,实现校企双方双赢合作模式提出科学合理的建议。
Practice teaching is an important link in cultivating students comprehensive quality and practical ability,and school-enterprise cooperation is an important carrier and approach of practice teaching.After years of exploration and practice,finance major of Changqing College of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics,has made outstanding achievements in school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.and has become an important training base for applied talents.However,with the development of the economy and the emergence of the diversified characteristics of talent demand,the shortcomings of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education have gradually been exposed,which limits the realization of the application-oriented talent training goal.Taking Changqing College as an example,the problems of the school-enterprise cooperation in the finance major were analyzed in this paper.,so as to broaden new ideas for deepening the reform of practical teaching,and find out scientific and reasonable suggestions for realizing the win-win cooperation mode between school and enterprise.
