清金得生片联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌回顾性临床研究

Retrospective Clinical Study of Qingjin Desheng Tablets combined with chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的回顾分析清金得生片联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法通过医院信息系统检索2010-2020年在广州中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤中心接受化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者病历。根据纳入标准及排除标准筛选出221例患者,以患者是否服用清金得生片分为两组,对照组105例,采用标准化疗方案,治疗组116例,在标准化疗方案的基础上加服清金得生片。收集患者治疗前后的临床信息进行统计分析。结果两组患者的一般情况基本一致(P>0.05),治疗结束后,治疗组患者的KPS评分明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的客观缓解率和疾病控制率高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清金得生片联合化疗可能提高非小细胞肺癌患者的生存质量,并有提高患者化疗的客观缓解率及疾病控制率的趋势。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of Qingjin Desheng Tablets combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The medical records of patients with non-small cell lung cancer who received chemotherapy in the Cancer Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2010 to 2020 were retrieved through the hospital information system.Following the inclusion and exclusion criteria,221 patients were screened out.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group based on medication of Qingjin Desheng Tablets or not.The control group had 105 cases,and was given standard chemotherapy regimen.The treatment group had 116 patients,and was treated with Qingjin Desheng Tablets combined with the standard chemotherapy regimen.The clinical information of the patients before and after treatment was collected for statistical analysis.Results The general conditions of the two groups of patients were basically the same(P>0.05).After the completion of the treatment,the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate and the stability rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Desheng Tablets(which has the actions of replenishing qi and removing phlegm)combined with chemotherapy may improve the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and may improve the clinical effective and stable rate to a certain extent.
