摘要
生态产品是生态文明建设中的核心概念。生态产品的价值实现机制本质上就是建立与“生态环境生产力”相适应的新的生产关系。生态产品价值具有多维性,不仅要关注生态产品价值总量,而且要考虑其价值结构,不同类型的生态产品价值具有不同的价值实现机制与路径。针对不同类型生态产品的特征,可以将生态产品价值实现路径分为四类:基于政府的公共生态产品价值实现机制;基于市场的私人生态产品价值实现机制;基于PPP的生态产品价值实现机制;基于社会的生态产品价值实现机制。
Ecological product is the core concept in ecological civilization construction.In essence,the value realization mechanism of ecological products is to establish a new production relationship corresponding to“ecology and environment productivity”.The value of ecological products is multi-dimensional,which should not only focus on the total value of ecological products,but also consider their value structure.Different types of ecological products have different value realization mechanisms and paths.According to the characteristics of different types of ecological products,the value realization paths of ecological products can be divided into four categories:the value realization mechanism of public ecological products based on the government;The realization mechanism of private ecological product value based on market;The value realization mechanism of ecological products based on PPP;The realization mechanism of ecological product value based on society.
