我国“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践模式与成效评估研究

Study on major practice models and evaluate index of“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”in China

“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念是习近平生态文明思想的重要组成部分,对于破解我国当前面临的生态环境问题,实现绿色发展具有重要的指导意义。本文在分析我国“两山”理念主要实践进展的基础上,总结了六大类“两山”实践典型模式,构建了“两山指数”用于“两山”建设成效评估,以期为推动全国“两山”实践进展提供支持。

The idea of“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”is an important part of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization and has highly significance for resolving China’s eco-environmental problems and achieving green development.After analyzing main practices of“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”in China,this paper summarized six classic models,established an evaluate index to assess the effects of existing practices.The main purpose is to promote practices of“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”in the whole country.
