Two thoughts on constructing a modern environmental governance system

2020年初印发实施的《关于构建现代环境治理体系的指导意见》明确提出,到2025年要建立健全环境治理的七大体系。实现这一目标,要在总体上把握好补短板的主攻方向,紧紧瞄准形成绿色生产生活方式的靶标,在工作方法上注重借鉴近年来我党反腐败斗争的理论成果,抓牢“两个责任”,以一体推进的方式努力取得更好的治理效能。

The Guiding Opinions on Building a Modern Environmental Governance System just issued and implemented clearly stated that seven major systems of environmental governance shall be established and improved by 2025.To achieve this goal,we must focus on making up for shortcomings in general,and the target of going green both in production and lifestyle.In terms of working methods,we must pay attention to draw lessons from the theoretical results of the anti-corruption work in recent years and bear in mind the Two Responsibility,and strive to achieve better governance efficiency in an integrated approach.
