推动人类社会由工业文明向生态文明范式转型

Promote the paradigm transformation of human society from industrial civilization to ecological civilization

党的十九大提出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,指出我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾。这个重大战略判断,对于科学把握当前生态文明建设的主要矛盾,具有十分精准、对症下药和有的放矢的指导意义。我们提出加快构建生态文明体系,五大体系建设正好对应了社会主义社会所要实现的文化、经济、政治、社会和生态建设的各要素。本文主要从宏观视角谈两个问题。一是中国特色社会主义进入新时代,能否理解为也是生态文明的新时代?二是从生态文明体系的视角看,我们所要建设和实现的富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国,是否也标志着人类社会由工业文明向生态文明社会范式转型?

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a judgment,which is the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society have evolved in new era of the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.This major strategic judgment is of very precise and targeted guiding significance for scientifically grasping the main contradictions of the current ecological civilization construction.We propose to accelerate the construction of systems for an ecological civilization,the construction of the five major systems corresponds exactly to the elements of cultural,economic,political,social and ecological construction to be realized in a socialist society.This paper mainly discusses two issues from a macro perspective.First,can the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era be understood as a new era of ecological civilization?Second,from the perspective of the ecological civilization system,does the prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern power that we want to build and realize also mark the transformation of human society from an industrial civilization to an ecological civilization society?
