“绿水青山就是金山银山”是习近平生态文明思想的重大理念,揭示了保护生态环境就是保护生产力、改善生态环境就是发展生产力的道理,指明了实现发展和保护协同共生的新路径。上海市金山区作为现代农业和化工产业集聚的地区,近年来,牢牢树立和践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念,按照市委、市政府“两区一堡”战略定位即努力成为打响“上海制造”品牌的重要承载区、实施乡村振兴战略的先行区、长三角更高质量一体化发展的桥头堡,围绕领导责任、环境整治、科技赋能、制度创新等重点方面,加快生态文明制度体系建设,推动环境质量持续改善,促进环境效益、经济效益和社会效益多赢。本文介绍了金山区践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的创新实践。

“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”is a major concept of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization.It reveals that protecting the environment means protecting productivity,and improving the environment means developing productivity,and points out a new path to achieve the coexistence of development and protection.Jinshan District,as a gathering area of modern agriculture and chemical industry,has firmly established and practiced this concept in recent years.In accordance with the“Two Areas and One Bridgehead”strategic positioning of the municipal Party Committee and municipal government(that is,striving to become an important bearing area for launching the“Made in Shanghai”brand,a pioneer area for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and a bridgehead for higher-quality integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta),Jinshan District has focused on key aspects such as leadership responsibilities,environmental remediation,technological empowerment,and institutional innovation to accelerate the construction of systems for an ecological civilization,promote continuous improvement of environmental quality,and promote a win-win situation for environmental,economic and social benefits.Taking Jinshan District as an example,this article introduces the innovative practice for“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.
