摘要
目的:探讨噁拉戈利的共晶制备以及结构表征。方法:应用溶剂结晶法制备噁拉戈利-帕莫酸共晶,并采用粉末X射线衍射分析法(PXRD)、热重分析法(TG)、差示扫描量热量法(DSC)、红外光谱法(IR)等晶型结构确证方法对共晶结构进行表征,并进一步检测其稳定性。结果:筛选得到噁拉戈利-帕莫酸共晶,其供晶纯度可达99.29%。经过稳定性实验显示共晶具有良好的物理稳定性。结论:噁拉戈利-帕莫酸共晶具有良好的物理稳定性,有可能成为一个新的有效的固体药物形式。
Objective:To study the Preparation and structural characterization of co-crystal of Elagolix.Methods:The Elagolix-Pamoic acid co-crystal was successfully designed and synthesized by the solvent crystallization method,and the obtained structure was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),thermal Gravimetric Analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and infrared spectroscopy(IR).And the stability was tested further.Results:After co-crystal screening tests and structural characterization,it was found that the purity of Elagolix-Pamo acid co-crystal could reach 99.3%and had good stability.Conclusion:Elagolix-Pamo acid co-crystal has good physical stability,which is possible to become a new effective solid form of drug.
