安宫止血丸防治人工流产后子宫出血效果及对子宫复旧作用

Effect of Angong zhixue pill for treating women with uterine bleeding after induced abortion and its influence on their uterine involution

目的:分析安宫止血丸防治人工流产后子宫出血及对子宫复旧效果。方法:选取本院2018年10月—2019年12月收治的实施人工流产术者200例,随机分为安宫组与优思组,其中安宫组(100例)采用安宫止血丸治疗,优思组(100例)采用优思明治疗。观察两组人工流产后阴道出血量、出血时间、月经复潮时间,比较治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫三径、子宫内膜血流动力学变化、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)变化及流产后并发症和不良反应情况。结果:治疗后安宫组阴道出血量(129.8±28.7ml)、出血时间(7.0±1.3d)、月经复潮时间(27.8±8.2d)均低于优思组(P<0.05);两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫三径、RI、PI、PSV、EDV指标均较治疗前有变化,但安宫组优于优思组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VEGF、MMP2均下降,且安宫组低于优思组(P<0.05)。安宫组流产后腹痛发生率(16.0%)低于优思组(30.0%),腹痛持续时间(3.9±0.9d)少于优思组(6.9±1.1d)(P<0.05)。结论:安宫止血丸防治人工流产后子宫出血具有较好效果,且促进子宫复旧。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Angong zhixue pill for treating women with uterine bleeding after induced abortion,and to analyze the influence on their uterine involution.Methods:200 women who wanted to induce abortion were selected and were divided into study group and control group by the random double-blind method from October 2018 to December 2019.100 cases in the study group were treated with Angong zhixue pills,and 100 cases in the control group were treated with Yousmin.The amount of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,and menstrual recovery time after artificial abortion of women in the two groups were observed.The endometrial thickness,three diameters of the uterus,endometrial hemodynamics,and the changes of the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2),and the rates of post-abortion complications and adverse drug reactions of women were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the amount of vaginal bleeding(129.8±28.7ml),the bleeding time(7.0±1.3d),and the recovery time of menstruation(27.8±8.2d)of women in the study group were all significant lower than those of women in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness,three diameters of the uterus,the values of RI,PI,PSV and EDV of women in both groups had changed significantly after treatment,and those of women in the study group were significant better than women in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF and MMP2 of women in both groups had decreased significantly,and those of women in the study group were significant lower than those of women in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal pain(16.0%)of women in the study group after abortion was significant lower than that(30.0%)of women in the control group,and the duration of abdominal pain(3.9±0.9d)of women in the study group was significant lower than that(6.9±1.1d)of women in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Angong zhixue pill used for preventing uterine bleeding after artificial abortion has good effect,which can improve the uterine involution of women.
