儿童原发性遗尿症发病机制研究进展

Research progress in pathogenesis of primary enuresis in children

原发性夜间遗尿症的发病机制比较复杂,目前认为遗传因素、内分泌因素、膀胱功能异常、发育迟缓、中枢神经系统发育异常及精神因素均是本病病因研究主要方向。通过在各大数据库检索儿童原发性遗尿症的发病机制相关文献,回顾综述儿童原发性夜间遗尿症发病机制,初步回顾总结了各系统层面最新研究进展,分析提出本病发病机制主要倾向于发病的多因素性,为今后临床综合性治疗方案的研究提供方向和思路。

The pathogenesis of primary enuresis is relatively complex.Currently,genetic factors,endocrine factors,bladder dysfunction,developmental retardation,nervous system dysplasia and mental factors are considered as the main research directions of the etiology of the disease.Based on the literatures related to the pathogenesis of primary enuresis in children in the databases,the pathogenesis is retrospectively reviewed,and the latest research progress in all levels is preliminarily summarized.After analysis,it is suggested that the pathogenesis of this disease tends to be multivariate,which provides the directions and lines of thinking for the research in making clinical comprehensive treatment plans.
