银翘马勃散出自吴鞠通的《温病条辨》,本方为治疗咽喉部疾患之经典方,用于湿温,后世还将其用于风热、热毒等证,究其关键在于热邪聚于咽喉,故临床上广泛应用于多种疾病中,取得较好疗效。本文对本方在急性扁桃体炎、慢性咽炎、喉源性咳嗽、手足口病、疱疹性咽峡炎、心肌炎、尿血、抽动症等方面的临床应用文献进行综述,以期能进一步了解银翘马勃散在儿科临床中的应用。
