超声检查对小儿髋关节发育不良早期诊断的临床价值分析

Analysis of the clinical value of ultrasonography in the early diagnosis of pediatric hip dysplasia

目的探讨超声检查对小儿髋关节发育不良早期诊断的临床价值。方法选择2018年6月至2019年12月我院收治的疑似DDH患儿158例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各79例。对照组给予患儿X线检查,观察组给予患儿高频超声检查。结果观察组的高频超声诊断率与临床诊断率最为接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组的X线诊断率为64.56%(51/79),显著低于临床诊断率96.20%(76/79),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿DDH的诊断有较高的临床应用价值,诊断标准明确,技术相对成熟和稳定。

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in the early diagnosis of pediatric hip dysplasia.Methods A total of 158 children with suspected DDH admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 79 cases each.The control group was given X-ray examination,and the observation group was given high-frequency ultrasound examination.Results The diagnosis rate of high-frequency ultrasound in the observation group was the closest to the clinical diagnosis rate,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05);the X-ray diagnosis rate of the control group was 64.56%(51/79),which was significantly lower than the clinical diagnosis rate(96.20%,76/79),and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical application value in the diagnosis of pediatric DDH,with clear diagnostic criteria and relatively mature and stable technology.
