图书馆总分馆制源于西方,经过近几十年的创新发展,已成为一种较成熟的图书馆服务管理模式。我国图书馆界近年来也开始进行总分馆制建设,并不断探索图书馆总分馆制的延伸和拓展。实践表明在图书馆总分馆制建设过程中,需要加强统一规划与管理,跨界整合图书资源,积极引导社会力量参与,大力发展文化志愿服务,推动图书馆总分馆服务体系的延伸和拓展。

With decades of innovation and development,the central-branch library system has become a rather mature management mode of the library service which originated from the West.In recent years,the library sector in China has begun to introduce the central-branch library system and constantly explore the extension and expansion of the central-branch library system.Practice shows that in the construction process of the central-branch library system,certain measures are demanded,including strengthening unified planning and management,integrating book resources across borders,actively guiding the participation of social forces,vigorously developing cultural volunteer services and promoting the extension and expansion of the central-branch library system.
