摘要
互联网技术的发展为公众获取信息带来便利,但同时也滋生和传播了大量假新闻。文章从假新闻的概念、产生与传播入手,针对假新闻的治理,考察了美国图书馆界的实践,最后通过梳理海外经验指出我国图书馆界应从确定功能、融入机制、培育人才、丰富手段等方面开展相关工作,为我国图书馆治理假新闻提供启示和借鉴。
The development of Internet technology has facilitated people's access to information,but at the same time,it has also spawned and disseminated a lot of fake news.This article starts with the concept,generation and dissemination of fake news,and examines the practice of the American library industry for the management of fake news,and finally points out that the library field in China should carry out relevant work from the aspects of determining functions,integrating mechanisms,cultivating talents and enriching means through combing overseas experience.It provides enlightenment and reference for Chinese libraries to govern fake news.
