摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情的影响下,全国各级图书馆将读者服务的重点转移到依托互联网及新媒体平台开展“线上”服务。以大连市少年儿童图书馆为例,介绍了在疫情期间所开展的无接触外借服务、疫情专题服务、数字资源服务以及阅读推广活动等读者服务,分析在此期间读者服务的特点,并对所开展的读者服务进行总结和思考,提出了完善线上读者服务的优化举措。
Under the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak,national libraries at all levels shift the focus of reader services to“online”services based on the Internet and new media platforms.Taking Dalian Children’s Library as an example,the paper introduces reader services during the epidemic,including no-contact lending service,epidemic thematic service,digital resource service and reading promotion activities,analyzes the characteristics of reader services during the period,conducts summary and reflection on the reader services and puts forward some measures to improve the online reader services.
