摘要
目的建立防风中升麻素苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的测定方法,比较三种不同产地防风中有效成分的含量。方法色谱柱为Apollo C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温35℃;流动相甲醇∶水(45∶55);检测波长254 nm。结果升麻素苷线性范围为y=1738044.84x-3442.10(R2=1),5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷线性范围为y=1981912.03x-2128.38(R2=1)。结论该方法检测结果峰型良好,分离度高,可用于同时测定防风中升麻素苷,5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cimicifugin glycoside and 5-O-methylvisamminoside in Saposhnikovia divaricata,and compare the contents of effective components in Saposhnikovia divaricata from three different areas.Methods The chromatographic column was Apollo C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);the column temperature was 35℃;the mobile phase was methanol water(45∶55);the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The linear range of cimicillin glycoside was y=1738044.84x-3442.10(R2=1),and the linear range of 5-O-methylvisamminoside was y=1981912.03x-2128.38(R2=1).Conclusion The method has good peak shape and high resolution.It can be used for the simultaneous determination of cimicillin glycoside and 5-O-methylvisamminoside in Saposhnikovia divaricata.
