摘要
目的:制备Ni/RGO复合材料,以改善单纯石墨烯介电常数较高,无法满足阻抗匹配,吸波性能较差的缺点。方法:通过水合肼还原一步法得到镍/石墨烯(Ni/RGO)复合材料,并通过X射线粉末衍射仪对样品的物相组成和晶体结构进行表征,通过透射电子显微镜对样品的形貌和分散情况等进行观察,通过矢量网络分析仪对样品的吸波特性进行测试。结果:Ni/RGO复合材料具有良好的电磁波吸收性能,并且Ni/RGO复合材料对电磁波的吸收主要来源于介电损耗。结论:将石墨烯和磁性纳米粒子Ni复合,可以获得综合性能优异的电磁波吸收材料。
Objective:Ni/RGO composite was produced to improve the disadvantages of pure graphene,such as the high permittivity,impedance mismatchand the poor absorbing performance.Methods:The Ni/RGO composite was synthesized by reducing with hydrazine hydrate in one step,and the phase composition and crystal structure of the sample were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer.The morphology and dispersing property of the sample were observed by transmission electron microscope,and the microwave absorption properties of the sample were measured by vector network analyzer.Results:The results show that Ni/RGO composites exhibit excellent electromagnetic wave absorption properties,which mainly result from the dielectric loss.Conclusion:By combining graphene with magnetic Ni nanoparticles,electromagnetic wave absorbing materials with excellent comprehensive properties can be obtained.
