摘要
目的:采用水热法制得锐钛矿晶型TiO2晶须,并对其光催化性能进行检测。方法:采用水热法制备出TiO2晶须,探索水热时间对材料结构的影响,以及水热时间对其催化性能的影响。以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段表征样品的结构,以降解亚甲基蓝为探针反应,研究材料的光催化降解性能和吸附效果。结果:XRD测试结果表明P25在碱性条件下发生“溶解-再结晶”过程制得了锐钛矿型TiO2晶须。SEM测试结果表明,随着水热时间增长,TiO2团簇中逐渐解析出晶须。以0.1 g/L TiO2催化剂,室温下用紫外光降解10.0 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液,晶须生长得越多,其光催化性能越佳。结论:晶须长成需要一定的水热反应时间,水热时间12 h制得锐钛矿晶型的TiO2晶须样品光催化性能良好。
Objective:TiO2 whisker was synthesized using hydrothermal method,and its photocatalytic properties were detected.Methods:the structure of samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the methylene blue solution was used as the probe,and the photocatalytic degradation performance and adsorption of the materials were studied.Results:XRD results show that anatase TiO2 whisker was synthesized by a dissolution-recrystallization process process under alkaline conditions.The results of SEM show that with the increase of hydrothermal time,whiskers were gradually separated out from TiO2 clusters.The 10.0 mg/L methylene blue solution is degraded by 0.1 g/L TiO2 catalyst at room temperature,the more the whiskers grows,the better the photocatalytic performance.Conclusion:Sufficient hydrothermal reaction time was needed for the growth of the whisker,and anatase TiO2 whisker by hydrothermal treatment for 12 h have good photocatalytic performance.
