摘要
为了研究添加不同质量分数羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)对聚乙烯醇(PVA)薄膜中易氧化物残留和物理特性的影响,将HPMC作为改性剂,按照0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%的比例添加到PVA溶液中,制成薄膜。研究HPMC改性PVA薄膜对其易氧化物残留量、力学性能、阻隔性能、光学性能、微观结构、疏水性能、热稳定性的影响。结果表明,改性剂添加量为0.6%和0.9%时,薄膜中易氧化物残留量最少;其中添加量为0.9%时,薄膜有更好的力学性能、阻隔性能、疏水性能、热稳定性能,可用于食品或药品的包装。
In order to study the effect of the addition of different mass fractions of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)on the easy oxide residues and physical properties in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)films,HPMC,as a modifier,was added to the PVA solution to make a film with ratios of 0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%and 1.5%.The effects of HPMC on the easy oxide residue,mechanical properties,barrier properties,optical properties,microstructure,hydrophobic properties,and thermal stability of PVA films were studied.The results show that when the modifiers were added with an amount of 0.6%and 0.9%,the residual amount of easy oxides in the film was the minimum.When the additive amount was 0.9%,the film had better barrier properties,hydrophobic properties and thermal stability,and could be used for packaging of foods or pharmaceutical.
