摘要 板球系统中小球与平板间的滚动摩擦系数影响控制效果.本文提出一种测量板球系统中滚球与平板之间滚动摩擦系数的方法,该方法适用于以触摸屏构成平板的板球系统.板球系统主要由底座、小球、电阻式触摸屏、支撑部分、舵机和相应控制设备等组成.测量原理是通过控制舵机偏转带动触摸屏倾斜使小球滚动,控制器通过AD转换持续捕获并记录小球在触摸屏上的滚动轨迹,根据轨迹中的位置和时间对应关系,计算出滚球与触摸屏之间的摩擦系数.该方法通过对控制器编程,实现摩擦系数的“一键”快捷测量. The rolling friction coefficient between the ball and the plate in the cricket system affects the control effect.This paper presents a method to measure the rolling friction coefficient between the ball and the plate in the cricket system.This method is suitable for a cricket system with a flat touch screen.The cricket system is mainly composed of base,ball,resistive touch screen,supporting part,steering gear and corresponding control equipment.The measurement principle is to control the deflection of the steering engine to drive the touch screen tilt to make the ball roll.The controller continuously captures and records the ball's rolling track on the touch screen through AD conversion,and calculates the friction coefficient using the corresponding relationship of position and time in the track.This method realizes the“one-key”quick measurement of friction coefficient by programming the controller.
