摘要 汽车厂工人长时间进行单一的机械性工作,如果姿态等不合理,很容易产生疲劳不适.本文对汽车底盘合装线上的半轴安装设备进行建模,采用CATIA的HBR,HAA,HME,HPA人机工程学模块,根据人机工程学原理,模拟工人工作的过程及状态,得到各状态下的分析结果,并由分析结果对设备进行优化,提高工人工作效能和优化工人的工作状态,最终找出舒适、安全、效率高的作业姿态,使得人-机-环境系统的设计更加人性化和科学化,其他设备也可效仿该方法进行分析. The automobile factory worker are prone to fatigue and discomfort because they carry on monotonus repetitive work and fix unreasonable posture for a long time.In this paper,the modeling of the half shaft installation equipment in the chassis is established,with the ergonomics module of HBR、HAA、HME and HPA in CATIA.According to the principle of ergonomics,this paper gets the analysis result in each state by simulating the worker’s working process and state.We improved the worker’s working efficiency and optimized the worker’s working condition by optimizing the equipment.We found a comfortable,safe and efficient working posture,which made the design of the man-machine-environment system more humane and scientific.Other devices can also be analysised with this method.
