精英学院本科生职业生涯规划调查研究——以江苏省八所“211工程”高校为例

Research of Career Planning of Undergraduates in Elite Colleges:A Case Study of Eight“211 Project”Universities in Jiangsu Province

为发现精英学院本科生职业生涯规划的现状,本研究采用职业生涯规划量表和本科精英学院培养模式量表,对302名精英学院本科生进行调查,并利用spss20.0进行分析。结果表明:精英学院本科生职业生涯规划现状较为理想,但学术型精英职业生涯规划水平相对薄弱;精英学院的课程教学与职业目标的相关程度最高,呈显著正相关;课程教学、管理制度显著正向预测职业认知和职业目标,管理制度和实践环节显著正向预测职业准备。同时,精英学院本科生职业生涯规划在年级、规划长远度、毕业意向和就业城市意向上存在显著差异性。因此,精英学院应该明确精英人才的定位,完善精英学院课程教学体系,改进管理制度和实践环节,同时建立一体化的职业生涯规划教育体系。

This paper uses the Career Planning Standards and Undergraduate Training Model of Elite Colleges to survey the current situations of 302 undergraduates’career planning in elite colleges and employs SPSS 20.0 to analyze to the survey results.It is found that the status quo of career planning of undergraduates in elite colleges is ideal,but the level of career planning of academic elites is relatively weak.The teaching and career goals in elite colleges are highly correlated to a positive direction,the teaching and management systems positively predict the cognition and goals of career,and the management systems and practices positively predict career preparation.In addition,there are significant differences in terms of the grades,length of planning period,intentions of employment and working cities of the undergraduates of elite colleges.This paper concludes that elite colleges should clearly identify elite talents,promote the curriculum and teaching systems of elite colleges,improve management systems and practices,and establish an integrated career planning education system.
