摘要
ZH组合湿式强磁选是一种新型分选技术,具有对微细粒级捕收能力强和分选精度高的优势。本文应用一种试验型ZH组合湿式强磁选机,进行攀枝花某微细粒级钛铁矿分选试验研究,分析主要操作因素对分选指标的影响。试验结果表明,当操作条件最佳时,经一次粗选即可得到精矿TiO2品位20.55%、回收率88.76%的理想指标。因此,可得出结论:ZH组合湿式强磁选分选精度高,可有效分选该微细粒级钛铁矿,将为我国微细粒弱磁性矿的高效开发利用提供了一种新的技术途径。
ZH combined wet high intensity magnetic separation is a new separation technology method,and has the advantages of strong collection capacity for fine particles and high sorting accuracy.In this investigation,the ZH combined wet high intensity magnetic separator was used to classify an fine fraction ilmenite ore from Panzhihua area of Sichuan Province,and the influence of main operating factors on sorting indexes were investigated.The results of the investigation indicated that 20.55%TiO2 concentration grade with the recovery of 88.76%could be achieved by one roughing in perfect condition.Therefore,it was concluded that this innovative separation technology method had high sorting accuracy and classified the fine fraction ilmenite effectively,which provided a new technique for the effective utilization of fine weakly magnetic ores.
