摘要 本文基于电化学⁃流体⁃热耦合并在Matlab/Simulink环境中成功搭建具有较好预测性能的燃料电池集总参数模型,对PEM燃料电池堆栈系统集成仿真和在线故障诊断具有重要意义。通过仿真发现:相对高的工作温度、压力以及薄的质子膜厚有利于提升性能,其中质子膜厚对性能影响最明显;电堆启动、变载、停机工况切换时观察到明显的电压过冲、下冲现象和迟滞时间,并揭示了电堆的温度响应缓慢导致电堆电压响应迟滞。 Based on electrochemical⁃fluid⁃thermal coupling,a lumped parameter model of fuel cell with good prediction performance was successfully built in MATLAB Simulink environment,which is of great significance to the integrated simulation and online fault diagnosis of PEM fuel cell stack system.Through the simulation,it was found that relatively high operating temperature,pressure and thin proton film thickness were conducive to improving performance,among which the proton film thickness had the most obvious impact on performance;during the switching of startup,load change and shutdown conditions,obvious voltage overshoot,undershoot phenomenon and hysteresis time were observed,and it was revealed that the slow temperature response of the reactor leaded to the hysteresis of the voltage response of the reactor.
