从自我认同到他者承认:乡村教师身份认同危机的化解 被引量:22

摘要 现代化建设进程中,物质资源的倾斜扶持并没有在真正意义上帮助乡村教师摆脱困境,城乡的二元对立带来的是城乡教师的二元身份制度,致使乡村教师陷入身份认同危机。身份认同包括自我认同与他者认同,西方哲学建立了一种基于主体间性哲学根基的承认理论,通过承认实现他者对于主体的认同,以他者承认助推个体自我认同,达成身份认同危机的化解。面对乡村教师的身份危机,借助承认理论重新对其进行审视,发现当前乡村教师不被他者承认的现实,挖掘乡村教师应当予以承认的身份特质,从而提出化解乡村教师身份危机新的可能路径。 In the process of modernization,the preferential support of material resources does not help rural teachers to get rid of the dilemma.The binary opposition between urban and rural areas brings about the dual identity system of urban and rural teachers,which leads to the identity crisis of rural teachers.Identification includes self-identity and allo-identity.Western philosophy has established a kind of recognition theory based on intersubjectivity philosophy.It realizes the identity of the other for the subject through recognition and promotes the self-identity with the recognition of the other,so as to realize the resolution of the identity crisis.We can reexamine the dilemma by the recognition theory and find out the new possible ways to resolve the identity crisis of rural teachers.
