摘要
乡村教师普遍存在“去乡村化”情结,这一情结主要表现在乡土情怀的缺失、乡村教师身份的模糊、职业倦怠等方面。这一情结的形成,既与乡村教师难于融入乡土文化、媒体对乡村教师的“污名化”等因素有关,又与乡村教师的职业发展空间受限、家庭爱情的困扰等有关。要消除乡村教师“去乡村化”情结,我们应该借国家实施乡村振兴战略之机,确实提高乡村的精神文明和生态文明;建立差异化的评价体系,突出乡村教师的贡献;构建职业发展平台,推动乡村教师专业化发展。
Rural teachers generally have the"de-rural"complex which is mainly manifested in the lack of local feelings,the vague identity of rural teachers,the job burnout,and so on.This complex is not only related to the difficulty of integrating rural teachers into the local culture and the media's"stigma"on rural teachers,but also related to the limitation of space for rural teachers'professional development and the trouble of family love.In order to eliminate the"de-rural"complex of rural teachers,we should take the opportunity of the National Rural Revitalization Plan and improve the spiritual and ecological civilization of rural areas,to establish a differentiated evaluation system to highlight the contribution of rural teachers,to build a career development platform,to promote the professional development of rural teachers.
