摘要
当前,以德性论为评价立场,低标评价与高标评选共存的师德评价在合理性与正当性方面面临着质疑与挑战。以实现教师伦理的制度正义为研究视角,发现师德评价存在评价范围越界、评价指标体系缺失、评价方向缺少世俗价值引导的问题。科学有效的师德评价应在教师专业伦理制度的框架内,以底线伦理为理论基础,重视“行为优先”的责任论立场;以教师专业伦理规范为依据,构建师德评价指标体系;立足世俗道德,重塑“德福一致”的师德评价方向,最终彰显教师伦理的制度正义。
The coexistence of priority of virtue ethics,evaluation of low standard or high standard of teacher’s morality is still some challenges.In the perspective of justice of institution,the evaluation has three problems.One is beyond the boundary of the evaluation.Two is lack of evaluation index system.The last one is short of value-guidance.The scientific and effective evaluation has three key points:focusing on the bottom line of the teacher’s morality and behave;on the basis of teacher’s professional ethics development;based on common moral to pursue the teacher’s morality and happiness and reveal the teacher ethic’s justice of institution.
