摘要
随着地下空间的利用和地下连续墙支护方式的推广,在地下连续墙施工的过程中,不断遇到各种复杂的场地条件和地层条件,对施工造成很大的困扰。为了解决场地狭小、场地土松软等问题,提出了一种新的地下连续墙施工方法:采用插入“H”型钢和方桩相结合的方法,完成地下连续墙的施工。该方法采用旋挖钻机,其施工工艺、施工顺序、设备与传统地下连续墙施工完全不同,从而使得地下连续墙的设计、施工、场地要求更加灵活,为解决地连墙施工中的难点提供了一个办法。
With the popularization of underground space utilization and diaphragm wall support mode,in diaphragm construction process will constantly encounter various complex site and stratigraphic conditions and cause tremendous disturbance.To solve issues of site small space and soil loose,a new diaphragm wall construction method has been proposed:to insert H shaped section steel together with squared piles fulfill diaphragm wall construction.The method uses rotary drilling rig;its construction technology,sequence and equipment are completely different from traditional diaphragm wall construction.Accordingly make diaphragm wall design,construction,and site requirements more flexible,and provide a method to solve hard nuts in diaphragm wall construction.
