摘要
以顺层软煤瓦斯抽采钻孔为研究对象,设计了一套新的封隔一体化封孔工艺,基于煤层抽采钻孔应力及注浆渗透率变化规律,分析计算了灌浆槽的位置。以钻孔抽采瓦斯的基本原理为基础,通过对五轮山软岩煤矿进行抽采实验,对比分析了运用传统封孔工艺和封隔一体化封孔工艺钻孔抽取瓦斯的效果,证明新工艺能有效提高瓦斯抽采浓度。
Taking the drilling hole of soft coal gas extraction as the studying object,a new integrated sealing process is designed,and the position of the grouting slot is analyzed and calculated based on the variation law of borehole stress and grouting permeability in coal seam extraction,Based on the basic principle of gas extraction by drilling hole,through the experiment of gas extraction in Wulunshan soft rock coal mine,the effect of gas extraction by drilling using traditional hole sealing technology and integrated hole sealing technology is compared and analyzed,and it is proved that the new technology can effectively improve gas extraction concentration.
