摘要
针对13031切巷大断面在采用原支护方式情况下出现巷道顶板下沉量和巷道两帮位移量增大,巷道变形较为严重等问题,结合复合桁架结构锚索支护技术原理,并采用FLAC3D进行数值模拟,确定采用桁架锚索的长度及桁架搭接长度等合理技术参数,按照参数对巷道支护方案进行优化设计并在现场实施,根据现场观测及实施效果表明,采用复合桁架锚索技术支护后,巷道顶板下沉量为87mm,巷道两帮位移量为46mm,巷道围岩变形量未超过规定要求,达到了控制巷道顶板的要求。
13031 cut lane big cross section under the condition of using the original support way of roadway roof subsidence and two sides roadway displacement increases,deformation of roadway are more serious problems,such as,combined with the principle of composite truss structure anchor rope support technology,and FLAC3D numerical simulation was adopted to confirm length of the truss and truss reasonable technical parameters,such as lap length according to the parameters for optimization design of the roadway support scheme and implementation at the scene,according to the field observation and effect shows that the composite truss anchor cable technique support after the roadway roof subsidence was 87 mm,two displacement of roadway was 46 mm,The deformation of surrounding rock of roadway does not exceed the specified requirements and meets the requirements of controlling roadway roof.
