岩巷综掘工作面高效除尘系统的现场应用

Field Application of High-efficiency Dust Removal System in Rock Tunnel Comprehensive Excavation Face

针对岩巷综掘工作面降尘难度大的问题,研究综合法防尘的效果,通过对综合防尘措施的耦合研究和分析,形成一套行之有效的掘进工作面高效除尘系统,并通过在天山煤电公司相关煤矿的现场应用验证了研究成果的科学性和有效性。结果表明:采用综合防尘措施后,综掘司机侧全尘降尘率99.9%,呼尘降尘率99.8%,回风侧全尘降尘率97.9%,呼尘降尘率96%,降尘效果较为显著。

Aiming at the difficulty of dust reduction in the comprehensive excavation face of rock roadway,the effect of comprehensive dust prevention is studied.Through the coupling research and analysis of comprehensive dust prevention measures,a set of effective dust removal system for the digging face is formed.The field application of Tianshan Coal and Electricity Company verified the scientificity and effectiveness of the research results.The results show that:with comprehensive dust prevention measures,the total dust reduction rate of the driver's side of the comprehensive tunneling is 99.9%,the dust reduction rate of the dust exhalation is 99.8%,the dust reduction rate of the total dust on the return side is 97.9%,and the dust reduction rate of the dust exhalation is 96%.
