摘要
为分析20104工作面的矿业显现规律及液压支架的适应性,工作面回采期间监测液压支架的工作阻力,通过分析液压支架时间加权工作阻力随着推进距离间关系曲线分析工作面的矿压规律,得出工作面的周期来压步距为16.9~21.9m,工作面动载系数表现为工作面两端头大、中部小的特征;基于支架初撑力与循环末阻力间相关性和支架支护阻力频率分布特征分析支架的适应性,得出支架工作阻力呈现出中间大两端小的分布特征,ZF5600/17.5/28型额定工作阻力偏小,工作面回采期间存在一定的压架危险性,应在工作面来压期间加强液压支架的管理,以充分保障支架的安全。
In order to analyze the mining appearance law of 20104 working face and the adaptability of hydraulic support,the working resistance of hydraulic support was monitored during the mining of the working face,and the mining pressure law of the working face was analyzed by analyzing the relationship between the time-weighted working resistance of hydraulic support and the driving distance.It is concluded that the periodic pressure step of the working face is 16.9~21.9m,and the dynamic load coefficient of the working face is characterized by the large and small ends of the working face;based on the correlation between the initial support force of the support and the end-cycle resistance and the support The frequency distribution characteristics of the protective resistance analyze the adaptability of the support,and it is concluded that the working resistance of the support presents the distribution characteristics of the middle and the large ends and the small ends.,The management of the hydraulic support should be strengthened during the pressure on the working face to fully guarantee the safety of the support.
