摘要
目的探讨基于平均频率变化的核心稳定性训练治疗腰椎间盘突出的康复效果。方法选取某院2018年8月至2020年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例。采用随机数字表分为观察组60例和对照组60例。对照组采用常规理疗;观察组采用基于平均频率变化的核心稳定性训练,两组均干预8周。分析两组干预前后JOA下背痛评定量表(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)以及患侧腹直肌、竖脊肌、多裂肌平均频率(MNF)变化情况。结果观察组干预后JOA评分高于对照组[(25.92±3.15)分VS(22.03±5.73)分](P<0.05);观察组干预后ODI低于对照组[(7.10±2.26)%VS(14.85±5.33)%](P<0.05);观察组干预后患侧腹直肌[(105.62±20.13)Hz VS(87.66±17.29)Hz,(95.84±21.77)Hz VS(81.07±15.64)Hz]、竖脊肌[(102.06±12.55)Hz VS(91.75±18.62)Hz,(113.06±15.75)Hz VS(102.55±17.38)Hz]、多裂肌[(108.05±18.72)Hz VS(92.53±19.85)Hz,(119.35±12.84)Hz VS(102.49±15.33)Hz]等核心肌群的最大前屈位和最大后伸位MNF值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于平均频率变化的核心稳定性训练可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者功能障碍,提高患侧腹直肌、竖脊肌、多裂肌等核心肌群效能。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of core stability training based on mean frequency change in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to a hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected.60 cases in observation group and 60 cases in control group were divided by random number table.The control group was treated with conventional physiotherapy The observation group adopted the core stability training based on average frequency change,and both groups were interned for 8 weeks.The changes of JOA Lower back pain Rating scale(JOA),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and mean frequency(MNF)of rectus abdominis,erector spine,and multifissure were analyzed before and after intervention in the two groups.Results After intervention,JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(25.92±3.15)pointsVS(22.03±5.73)points](P<0.05).ODI score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group[(7.10±2.26)%VS(14.85±5.33)%](P<0.05);After intervention in the observation group,the MNF values of the maximal anterior flexion and maximal posterior extensor in core muscle groups were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),in terms of the affected rectus abdominis[(105.62±20.13)Hz VS(87.66±17.29)Hz,(95.84±21.77)Hz VS(81.07±15.64)Hz],erector spines[(102.06±12.55)Hz VS(91.75±18.62)Hz,(113.06±15.75)Hz VS(102.55±17.38)Hz],multifissure[(108.05±18.72)Hz VS(92.53±19.85)Hz,(119.35±12.84)Hz VS(102.49±15.33)Hz].Conclusion The core stability training based on mean frequency change can improve the dysfunction of patients with lumbar disc herniation,and improve the performance of the core muscle groups such as rectus abdominis,erector spines and multifissure on the affected side.
