福建省自备电厂及中小型公用电厂火电机组节能降耗对策研究

Study on energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures for thermal power units of self-support and small-to-medium power plants in Fujian Province

发电煤耗是考核发电机组能效水平的重要经济技术指标。本研究基于福建省87家自备电厂及中小型公用电厂火电机组能耗调研数据,对不同类型发电机组能耗水平进行测算,分析了存在的问题,并结合我省相关行业发展现状提出对策建议。对加快健全以提升热效率为重点、以全面落实节能目标责任制为保障的节能管理体系,全方位推动高质量发展超越等方面具有积极作用。

Coal consumption of power generation is an important economic and technical index for evaluating the energy efficien⁃cy of power generation units.Based on the energy consumption survey data of 87 self-provided power plants and small and mediumsized public power plants in Fujian Province,this study measured the energy consumption level of different types of power generating units,analyzed the existing problems,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions based on the development status of relevant in⁃dustries in Fujian province.It will play a positive role in accelerating the improvement of the energy conservation management system with the focus on improving thermal efficiency and ensuring the full implementation of the responsibility system for energy conserva⁃tion targets,and in promoting high-quality development in an all-round way.
