Structure,Characteristics and Cultivation of Lifelong Learning Culture

随着学习型社会建设的不断发展,终身学习文化的作用日益明显,这就要求在厘清终身学习文化结构、特征的基础上,深入了解终身学习文化培育的意义和内容,不断创新终身学习文化的培育策略。终身学习文化分为显性和隐性两类,具有以终身学习为核心理念等特征。推进终身学习文化的形成和发展,必须实施在建设发展规划中纳入终身学习文化培育内容等策略。

With the development of a learning society construction,lifelong learning culture is playing a bigger role.Thus it is necessary to keep innovating approaches to cultivating this culture after understanding its significance,content,structure and characteristics.There are two types of lifelong learning culture:explicit and implicit,both constructed on basis of lifelong learning concept.This paper proposes strategies to develop this culture such as incorporating it into the construction and development plan.
