摘要
对运营商而言,在2G、3G和4G时代依靠人口红利,只要发展更多的分销渠道,就能带来更多的用户使用电信网络,从而实现盈利。5G时代到来为运营商渠道带来新的发展契机,运营商应顺应时代变革要求,文章围绕客户消费体验重新制定渠道策略,充分发挥渠道自身禀赋优势、打破线上线下渠道协同壁垒,为客户提供更加优质的综合通信信息服务,提升渠道整体的竞争力,通过客户的保有和价值提升来实现企业与客户的双赢。
For operators,in the era of 2G,3G and 4G,relying on demographic dividend,as long as the development of more distribution channels,can bring more users to use the telecommunications network,so as to achieve profitability.5 G era channels to bring new development opportunities for operators,operators should keep up with the change of the times request,around the customer shopping experience to develop channel strategy,give full play to channel their endowment advantage,break the channels of online collaborative barriers,to provide customers with more high quality integrated communication information service,improve the whole competitiveness of channels,through customer value of preserving and promote to realize the enterprise and customer win-win.
