高职院校教材管理信息化研究——以南京城市职业学院工程与信息学院为例

Research on informationization of teaching material management in higher vocational colleges:taking Engineering and Information Institute of Nanjing City Vocational College as an example

教材是知识的载体,教材的优劣会直接影响教育质量。因此,如何加强教材管理就显得极为重要。文章以此为研究方向,基于南京城市职业学院工程与信息学院的教材管理现状和问题,从转变管理理念、完善教材管理制度并优化选用征订流程、建设符合自身特点的教材管理信息化平台、建立数字化教材资源库等方面提出教材管理的建议。其中,信息化管理过程可简单依托微信公众平台实现上传、下载、查询等功能,简化工作过程、提高工作效率。

Teaching material is the carrier of knowledge,and the quality of teaching material will directly affect the quality of education.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of teaching materials is extremely important.Based on the present situation and problems of textbook management in Engineering and Information College of Nanjing City Vocational College,this paper changes the management concept,consummates the textbook management system and optimizes the selection process.Construction of teaching material management information platform in accordance with its own characteristics,the establishment of digital teaching material resources database and other aspects of teaching material management suggestions.Among them,information management process can simply rely on WeChat public platform to achieve upload,download,query and other functions,simplify the work process,improve work efficiency.
