摘要
"数控机床故障诊断与维护"课程是在"新工科"理念下高职院校数控专业开设的一门重要课程,课程是以满足社会工业不断发展过程中数控技术人才及数控机床维修人才的需求为教学人才培养目标,进而有效地解决社会人才市场应用型、技术性人才的供需矛盾问题。文章围绕高职院校"数控机床故障诊断与维护"课程教学模式展开探讨与分析,对课程教学模式进行了研究分析,并提出了相应的教学改善策略,以期对相关教育工作者课程教学有所帮助。
The course of“Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of Nc Machine Tools”is an important course for NC majors in higher vocational colleges under the concept of“New Engineering”.The course is to meet the needs of NC technicians and maintenance talents in the process of continuous development of social industry,and then effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand of applied and technical talents in the social talent market.This paper discusses and analyzes the teaching mode of“Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of NC Machine Tools”course in higher vocational colleges,studies and analyzes the course teaching mode,and puts forward the corresponding teaching improvement strategies,in order to help the relevant educators curriculum teaching.
