阿立哌唑对利培酮所致精神分裂症高泌乳素血症的影响

Effect of aripiprazole on hyperprolactinemia in schizophrenia induced by risperidone

目的探讨阿立哌唑对利培酮所致精神分裂症泌乳素血症的影响。方法选择2019年1~10月在我院诊断治疗的精神分裂症患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。两组均予利培酮治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组治疗后血清泌乳素水平、PANSS评分、CGI-SI评分、TESS评分及临床疗效。结果(1)治疗后,观察组治疗4周与治疗8周血清泌乳素水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组PANSS总分以及阳性因子分、阴性因子分、一般精神病理学得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)治疗后,两组CGI-SI评分、TESS评分以及有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑可有效降低利培酮所致精神分裂症泌乳素水平升高,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of aripiprazole on prolactinemia in schizophrenia induced by risperidone.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with risperidone,while the observation group was additionally treated with aripiprazole on the basis of the control group.Serum prolactin level,PANSS score,CGI-SI score,TESS score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results(1)At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,serum prolactin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total PANSS score,positive factor score,negative factor score and general psychopathology score between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in CGI-SI score,TESS score and effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole can effectively reduce the increase of prolactin levels in schizophrenia induced by risperidone without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
