高线粗轧1H机箱型孔型内圆角的选择与应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 水钢高线更改原料钢坯断面后,经过粗轧1H机轧制,轧件频繁出现挂丝现象,导致工艺故障增加,产品外观质量无法满足标准要求。分析了粗轧1H机轧件挂丝的原因,通过对粗轧1H机孔型进行优化修改,并严格执行整改措施后,轧件挂丝现象得到解决,工艺保持稳定、产品外观质量满足标准要求。 After the cross section of steel billet was changed in high speed rolling line of Shui Steel,it was rolled by No.1 horizontal rough rolling mill(1H),and the wire hanging phenomenon occurred frequently,which led to the increase of process faults and the appearance quality of products could not meet the standard requirements.This paper analyzed the reasons of the wire hanging for the rolled piece,after optimizing and modifying the pass shape of the 1H rough rolling mill and strictly implementing the rectification measures,the wire hanging phenomenon of the rolled piece was solved,the process was kept stable and the appearance quality of products met the standard requirements.
