摘要
介绍了一种结构简单紧凑、调节速度快的轧线调整装置。通过对该装置的运动机构进行数学描述、分析,确定了各结构参数,并对该装置的阶梯块和斜楔控制液压缸的行程进行了详细计算,使其贴近实际应用。
A rolling line adjustment device with simple and compact structure and fast adjustment speed is introduced.Through the mathematical description and analysis of the motion mechanism of the device,the structure parameters are determined,and the stroke of the controlling hydraulic cylinder for the stepped shim and the wedge of the device is calculated in detail,which makes it close to the practical application.
