摘要
以邢钢不锈钢铁水喷吹脱磷工程为依托,采用理论计算、机理研究、专家技术交流、工厂技术人员咨询、生产实际考察等方式,对铁水罐喷吹脱磷技术和装备进行研发,并成功应用于生产实际。通过优化工艺设计,合理布设相关脱磷设备,大幅节约占地面积。
Based on the project of dephosphorization by spraying and blowing of stainless-steel hot metal in Xing Steel,the technology and equipment of dephosphorization by spraying and blowing of hot metal tank are researched and developed by means of theoretical calculation,mechanism research,technical exchange of experts,consultation of technicians and practical investigation of the production,and have been successfully applied in production practice.By optimizing the process design and arranging the relevant dephosphorization equipment reasonably,the land occupation is greatly saved.
