钢包送氩自动对接装置的改进 被引量:1

IMPROVEMENT OF AUTOMATIC ARGON FEEDING DOCKING DEVICE IN THE LADLE

摘要 炼钢精炼广泛采用钢包吹氩工艺,但普通弹簧式送氩接头装置存在诸多缺点,对其进行合理改进,增加一套驱动气缸组合成万向全悬浮装置,增大送氩接头行程,扩大钢包对位误差补偿范围,能有效提高装置使用性能,更加稳定、安全可靠,对接自动程度高。 Argon blowing technology in the refining ladle is widely used in the steelmaking process,but there are many shortcomings on common spring feeding argon joint device.To improve these shortcomings,E Steel added a set of driving cylinder combined into a universal full suspension device,increased the stroke of argon feeding joint and expanded the compensation range of the ladle alignment error.The results showed that the device performance is effectively improved,the device become more stable,safe and reliable,and high degree of automatic docking.
